Dr Wei Lan is an UCC MD graduate.
Dr Lan completed his medical training and higher specialist training in Anaesthesia, Intensive Care and Pain medicine in Ireland through the College of Anaesthetists of Ireland in 2014. During his anaesthetic training, Dr Lan developed strong interests in pain medicine. Dr Lan has extended his pain training with two fellowships in pain medicine in King's College Hospital, London and The Royal London Hospital, London. Dr Lan is a Fellow of the Faculty of Pain Medicine (FFPMRCA), Royal College of Anaesthetists, UK., and a Fellow of the Faculty of Interventional Pain Practice (FIPP), World Institute of Pain, USA.
Dr Lan has a wide range of experience in cancer pain, non-cancer pain, interventional procedures for acute and chronic pain conditions, including neuromodulation.
