Mr. Rehan Gul

Mr. Gul is a fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon specialising in hip and knee replacement and sports surgery, employing the most current treatments to alleviate pain and restore his patients to an active lifestyle.

Mr. Gul is practicing as a consultant orthopedic surgeon in the Cork region since 2009. His extensive orthopaedic expertise focuses on the evidence-based medicine and technical advances in surgery.

His practice focuses on primary and revision hip and knee replacement. He is skilled in advanced techniques in managing complications of failed or painful hip and knee replacements. Although he has a specialty interest in total joint replacements, he also provides surgical treatment for fractures, sports related injuries around knee, foot and ankle surgery.

Mr. Gul completed his fellowship in Joint replacement and Sports Surgery at the world-renowned SPORTSMED SA in Adelaide, Australia. During his fellowship, he mastered the techniques in hip- and knee-replacement surgery, partial-knee replacement, complex revision procedures for hip and knee replacement and sports surgery.
